Order Processing

Online orders are packed and shipped from our salon at 223 W Erie St, Suite 1E, Chicago, IL 60654. When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information when it is available.

Shipping Within the United States

We ship to addresses in the United States with Economy shipping for a flat rate of $18.00 on orders up to 5 lb. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

International Shipping

We ship internationally with USPS (First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, and Priority Mail Express International) and DHL Express Worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Any of these charges that are not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose and your destination. If you have a question about when your order will arrive, please contact us.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, or if your package does not arrive, contact us right away so we can look into it and make it right.
